CelticMKE Events: Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a CelticMKE concert, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchases:
   • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
   • Tickets are sold exclusively through ETIX. Please retain your confirmation email and ticket for entry.
2. Admission:
   • Admission to the concert is only granted with a valid ticket.
   • Tickets convey a revocable license for admission to the event.
   • If multiple ticket copies are presented for the same seat at the same event, CelticMKE has the exclusive right to determine which one is valid.
   • CelticMKE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
3. Concert Policies:
   • Concerts are subject to change. In the rare case of cancellation, CelticMKE will notify ticket holders via the contact information provided during purchase.
   • We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject anyone from the venue due to disorderly behavior without issuing a refund.
4. Venue Guidelines:
   • No weapons of any kind are allowed, whether concealed or carried openly.
   • All attendees grant unrestricted rights and licenses for use of their likenesses in any form of public medium or reproduction.
   • CelticMKE reserves the right to search any item, container, or person entering the premises.
   • CelticMKE’s venue policies are subject to change without notice.

6. Liability:
   • Each attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CelticMKE, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, and any other persons involved in the organization with respect to any claims made in connection with their attendance at the event, and, to the full extent permitted by law, each attendee releases and discharges CelticMKE, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, and any other persons involved in the organization from all such claims.
   • Attendees expressly assume all risks of attendance at the event and acknowledge that the waivers of claims and releases of liability contained in these terms and conditions are intended to be binding and full waivers of claims and releases of liability and to be interpreted as broadly and inclusively as is permitted by law.
