Scythian began as a street‑performing band in Alexandria, Virginia, and evolved into a hybrid of Celtic jigs, Eastern‑European melodies, and Americana rock. Named after the ancient nomads, their sound spans violin, accordion, guitar, and drums in a way that doesn’t fit neatly into genre boxes. You’ll hear traditional‑inspired reels, driving rhythms, and songs that invite both listening and moving.
