Boswell Book Company and CelticMKE present a special evening with Irish writer Emma Donoghue, author of acclaimed novels including Room, Haven, and The Pull of the Stars. Donoghue visits with her latest novel, The Paris Express, a sweeping historical novel about an infamous 1895 disaster at the Paris Montparnasse train station.

About The Paris Express

Based on the disaster that went down in history when it was captured in a series of surreal, extraordinary photographs, The Paris Express is a propulsive novel set on a train packed with a fascinating cast of characters who hail from as close as Brittany and as far as Russia, Ireland, Algeria, Pennsylvania, and Cambodia. About Emma Donoghue

Dublin native Emma Donoghue is the author of sixteen novels, including the award-winning national bestseller Room, the basis for the acclaimed film of the same name. She has also written for the stage and screen.

Parking

Parking is available along Lincoln Avenue and Harwood Avenue. Our friends at The Woman's Club (located one block away) have kindly offered up their lot to park in for this event as well. There are various public lots throughout the Village of Wauwatosa. See the map below to view public parking spaces. Please leave the lot behind our building open for those with limited mobility.
