Disincentives for Foreign Artists Performing in the United States

Milwaukee Irish Fest is concerned that complying with existing non-immigrant Visa, tax rules and associated costs is becoming an increasing challenge. Costs for foreign artists to get USCIS work permits and visas are casuing many of them to reconsider their plans to tour in the U.S.
